Digital Chosunilbo (English Edition) : Daily News in English About Korea: "Real-Name Use to End Malicious Online Messages

Anonymous posts will no longer be allowed on Internet portal sites from July. The Ministry of Information and Communication on Thursday announced a limited real-name system to establish a healthy Internet culture after growing complaints about malicious and sometimes libelous messages posted under cover of anonymity. The system will be used for all portal sites with more than 100,000 daily visitors and government websites. Users will be required to register with their real name before posting messages."
