Korean Internet service providers say that their online connection speed is 100 megabits per second (Mbps), fast enough to download a two-hour high-definition movie in about a minute.
Subscribers may suspect that the real-time connection speed is not as fast as the service provider's pledge but they could not measure the real-time speed.
To address the problem, the government plans to monitor whether the broadband operators provide the speed guaranteed in the contracts. "

“Tourism is an industry that steals away people's minds. Thus it requires the highest technology. The technology should also be a combination of technologies used in other various fields,” Kim said. "
